Do I need the app?
No. One button on the tail switches it on and moves through all nine modes. The app adds music, draw and shake modes and lets a partner control it from anywhere.
How does partner control work?
Both of you install the free Love Spouse app. Add the toy with the + button (scan the QR code in the leaflet or enter the product code). Then add your partner by nickname, ID, email or phone, and once they accept, they can control the toy over the internet, with text, voice or video call if you like.
Is the app safe to use?
It asks for Bluetooth, and on Android for location, because Android needs location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices. Register with any nickname; nothing links the toy to your real name. The app is made by a third party and has social and AI-chat features of its own that you can ignore. We are not affiliated with it.
How loud is it?
Quiet. On the lower modes it is a hum you feel more than hear; under a blanket or clothes it is not noticeable.
How long does the charge last?
About an hour of continuous play, less on the strongest modes. Charging takes about two hours over USB.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, for washing under the tap and a quick rinse. Do not soak it or take it into the bath.
Is the delivery really discreet?
Yes. Plain box, nothing printed on it, sender “The Goods Gallery”, contents line personal care item, and a neutral name on your card or UPI statement.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, prepaid only. Prepaid is also what keeps the parcel and the bill neutral.
Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once the seal is opened. If it arrives damaged, does not charge, or the wrong item was sent, email us within 48 hours with a photo or a short video and we will replace it.
